RETURNS

This Return Policy is provided here in English for convenience. In case of ambiguity between the French and the English versions, the French version prevails.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, complete, with tags, and in its original packaging. If it was purchased as a bundle, all items must be returned together.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us at contact@trailhoppers.com to obtain the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WARRANTY

We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. Misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Returned products under warranty will be replaced. The shipment of the exchanged product will be free of charge.
